Are you retaining fluid in your ankles and feet with unusual or visible swelling?

Any unusual dry & itchy skin?

Do you have trouble sleeping or experience Insomnia?

Are you forgetful or experiencing mental confusion?

Is there a loss or significant change in your sex drive?

If you have answered YES to 3 or more of the questions listed above, you need to be concerned about your kidneys as they can be silently damaged. Follow up with your physician to address your concerns and early detection. Any suspicions can be put to rest by undergoing blood and urine test.
